Diana G. Zuniga is a visionary force in Central Texas real estate, known for her strategic investments, pioneering developments, and lasting impact on Austin’s evolving skyline. As President of Investors Alliance, she brings over three decades of experience as a developer, investor, and licensed broker, consistently recognized for her expertise in multifamily transactions and commercial growth.
Diana’s leadership has shaped some of Austin’s most notable projects. She was a development partner of the iconic Spring Condominium—a soaring 42-story, 253-unit residential tower anchoring the west edge of downtown. In 2021, she completed the development of 701 Rio, a 123,000-square-foot office property that redefined premium workspace in the urban core. As managing partner in a range of real estate investment partnerships, Diana oversees a portfolio of multifamily and office assets across Austin and San Antonio.
Her work has earned distinguished recognition throughout the industry. Diana received the Outstanding Construction Award from the Associated Contractors of America (Austin Chapter) for her firm’s work on 701 Rio. Her development partnership, Spring Austin Partners, received the National Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors for America for the development and construction of Spring Condominium.
She has been honored with the Neal Kocurek Commercial Real Estate Achievement Award by the Austin Business Journal. The Austin Commercial Real Estate Society awarded her the Nash Phillips Lifetime Achievement Award. Her accolades also include the National Commercial Award from the National Association of Realtors and designation as Top Woman in Austin Commercial Real Estate for the decade 2002–2012 by the local chapter of CREW. Diana has been recognized as a CoStar Top Ten Power Broker and a Texas Monthly Super Agent , with multiple nominations for the Austin Business Journal’s Profiles in Power.
Beyond her professional contributions, Diana is a dedicated civic leader and arts advocate. She currently serves on the boards of International Bancshares Corporation, a $16B bank holding company, the Advisory Board of IBC Bank Austin, and the Board of Wilbarger Creek Municipal Utility District #1. She has held leadership roles on the boards of the Real Estate Council of Austin, the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society, and served on the board of Spring Austin Owners Association. Passionate about the arts and local community, Diana has held leadership position on the Original Austin Neighborhood Association (OANA), Board of Blue Lapis Light aerial performance troupe, and the Zachary Scott Theater.
She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Education.
